Enrollment & Fees
- Admission will be confirmed only after full payment of fees.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Course validity and duration will be as per the batch you enroll in.
Classes & Study Material
- Class schedules may be changed by the Academy if necessary, and students will be informed in advance.
- Study material provided (notes, PDFs, test series, recordings, etc.) is for personal use only. Sharing, selling, or circulating without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Access to online classes/material is limited to the registered student only.
Discipline & Conduct
- Students must maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior toward teachers, staff, and fellow aspirants.
- Misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of academy rules can result in termination of admission without refund.
- Use of mobile phones during class (offline) for non-academic purposes is not allowed.
Responsibility
- AVKS Academy provides guidance, resources, and mentorship, but success depends on the student's hard work and consistency.
- The Academy is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the student's device/internet.
- Students are expected to complete assignments, tests, and practice sessions as instructed.
